The meeting began with five members attending a 1pm session in the computer lab at the Mount Gilead Public Library. Attending were Dave and Donna Ufferman, Fritz and Janet Miller and Phylis Miller. They were guided in the use of “ancestry.com” to find information on family members.
At 2pm fifteen members gathered at the Court House in the County Recorder’s office where Dixie Shinaberry showed examples of the records available to aid research. She then assisted members who wanted to begin research.
