The Morrow County History Center was the setting for the May 19, 2018, meeting of the Morrow County Genealogical Society. Stan Sipe and Philis Miller told the history of the building and exhibits and led tours.
Tim Foor, a member of the Cemetery Advocacy Group, spoke about their work at the old Stratford Cemetery. The group’s goals are to identify and mark the most prominent graves in need of restoration. They work in both active and inactive cemeteries. A workshop is being planned in Fredericktown. The group will have a display at the Cardington Street Fair. Their goal is to attract volunteers.
